On June 21st I did my first assignment for the Strobist Bootcamp. Assignment number two is due tomorrow, July 11: Strobist Boot Camp II: Assignment 2
This assignment’s subject is food and the goal is to take a picture that would convince someone on a diet to not be on their diet anymore. This was hard for me for a few reasons. For one, I’m one of those freaks with a hummingbird’s metabolism. The diet thing is currently not something I can directly relate to. Second, I’ve never shot food. And I’m beginning to learn why. Food is a pain in the neck! Granted, I was brilliant and decided to include ice cream in my submission. So I suppose at least some of the pain was self-inflicted.
I love sushi, and I love candy, so played on that and came up with the below image.
